Eyal is a Postdoctoral Scholar at the CRL. Prior to joining the Computational Robotics Lab he conducted his PhD studies in the Computer Science department of Bar-Ilan University, where he was advised by Prof. Gal Kaminka. He completed his BSc, Summa Cum Laude, and MSc, Cum Laude, in Electrical Engineering at Tel Aviv University, where he worked under the supervision of Prof. Michael Margaliot.
Eyal’s PhD was devoted to generalizing automated planning with dynamically estimated action models, where he combined tools from AI planning, graph theory and combinatorial optimization, to endow agents with enhanced planning capabilities in challenging (non-classical) setups. Eyal received multiple awards for his academic work, including the Adams Fellowship. More details can be found on his personal website.
